  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling into the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into a triangle, sealing tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes each.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
