  • 8 small corn tortillas

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, and cilantro. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they’re pink and cooked through.
