  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, combine shrimp, crab meat, peas, carrots, and onion. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add seafood stock and heavy cream. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuits according to package instructions. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the seafood filling.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade seafood stock.
