- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, combine shrimp, crab meat, peas, carrots, and onion. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
- Add seafood stock and heavy cream. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuits according to package instructions. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the seafood filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
