These Witch Hat Cupcakes are a fun and creative treat for Halloween, making them perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can chocolate frosting
  • 12 chocolate ice cream cones
  • 1 cup orange and black sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil, and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow them to cool completely.
  5. Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting, then place an ice cream cone upside down on top to create the witch hat.
  6. Decorate the hats with orange and black sprinkles for added flair.
