- 2 cans white beans
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups spinach
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
