  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 100 grams turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and turkey bacon.
  3. Cook until the turkey bacon is crispy.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the turkey bacon.
  6. Remove from heat and quickly mix in the egg mixture, stirring until creamy.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute eggs with silken tofu and use a non-dairy cheese.
