- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
