  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Lay cooked noodles out and spread the cheese mixture and meat mixture along each noodle.
  7. Roll up each noodle and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining marinara sauce and extra cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, replace the ground turkey and turkey bacon with sautéed vegetables.
  • Feel free to add more cheese if desired.
