  • 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 package rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar; mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and add the Thai basil leaves.
  5. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  6. Place a small portion of the beef mixture on a wrapper, roll tightly and serve.
