  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Meanwhile, to make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and maple syrup until smooth.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool before drizzling with the maple glaze.
