  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tater tots
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until combined.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish and top with tater tots.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until tater tots are crispy.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
