Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, then place the cooked chicken on top.
  4. Spread cottage cheese over the chicken, followed by marinara sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheeses are melted and bubbly.
