  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, sauté the broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach until tender.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly in the pie crust.
