SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE WONTON CUPS

These Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups are the perfect party appetizers, combining rich flavors and easy preparation.

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin and press the wonton wrappers into each cup.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, and salt until well combined.
  4. Fill each wonton cup with the mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
