- 1 pound sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Spread the rice mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flaked salmon, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and green onions.
- Spoon the salmon mixture over the rice.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with nori strips before serving.
