1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan, sprinkle with half of the topping, then add the remaining batter and top with the last of the topping.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar on top.
