- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add the crumbled turkey bacon, avocado slices, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños if using.
- Top with the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook until the second side is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
