- 2 pounds beef steak, cut into cubes
- 4 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
