A deliciously creamy pasta dish featuring turkey bacon and fresh tomatoes, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside to cool.
  3. In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Crumble the turkey bacon and add to the sauce.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
