  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat with the mixture.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, mix together cabbage, carrots, ranch dressing, and cilantro.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and stuff into pitas along with the slaw.
  7. Serve immediately.
