- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the pitas by warming them in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
- Once the chicken is done, remove from the oven and assemble the pitas with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and drizzling ranch dressing.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
