  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a quiche dish or a pie plate.
  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme until well combined.
  4. Spread the ham, cheese, and turkey bacon evenly over the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
