  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups seafood broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add seafood broth gradually, whisking until smooth. Cook until thickened.
  4. Stir in cream, then add potatoes, carrots, celery, peas, and seafood. Season with thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the mixture into a pie dish and cover with pie crust. Seal edges and cut slits in the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
