- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish)
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups seafood broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pie crust
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add seafood broth gradually, whisking until smooth. Cook until thickened.
- Stir in cream, then add potatoes, carrots, celery, peas, and seafood. Season with thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.
