  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. While baking, combine oats, brown sugar, and salt for crumble topping.
  8. After 45 minutes, sprinkle the crumble topping over the cheesecake and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Let it cool, then drizzle with salted caramel sauce before serving.
