Salted Caramel Apple Pie Cheesecake Recipe

This decadent Salted Caramel Apple Pie Cheesecake combines the best of both worlds: creamy cheesecake and classic apple pie, all drizzled with luscious salted caramel.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the sliced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the apple cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
  • Let the cheesecake chill overnight for best results.
