  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook until the salmon is flaky.
  5. Remove the salmon and set aside. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon back to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
