- 1 cup buttermilk

- 2 tablespoons red food coloring

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

- In another bowl, combine oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla extract.
