Raspberry Mousse Recipe

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine raspberries and sugar, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in water and heat until dissolved, then add to raspberry mixture.
  4. Fold raspberry mixture into whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Spoon mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
