- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Add the baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture, then stir until well combined.
- Roll the dough onto a floured surface, then spread with a layer of butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the frosting, combine the powdered sugar with the brewed coffee until smooth, then drizzle over the warm rolls.
