  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Add the baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture, then stir until well combined.
  4. Roll the dough onto a floured surface, then spread with a layer of butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and cut into equal pieces.
  6. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. For the frosting, combine the powdered sugar with the brewed coffee until smooth, then drizzle over the warm rolls.

Notes

  • These rolls are best served warm.
  • Make sure to use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
