Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and oil until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let the bars cool before frosting.
  8. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread over cooled bars.
