Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, diced apple, vegetable oil, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
