  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 cup pickled carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground pork with soy sauce and mix well.
  3. Form the pork mixture into patties and grill until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the baguette and spread mayonnaise on both sides.
  5. Assemble the burger with a pork patty, chicken ham, bacon, pickled carrots, cucumber, and cilantro.
  6. Drizzle sriracha on top and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, add jalapeños.
