  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, and egg.
  3. Add pizza sauce, chopped vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
