  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add the bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
