Peach Cobbler Cheesecake

A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake and sweet peach cobbler in one delightful dessert.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine peaches, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
  7. Spoon peach mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set and slightly jiggly in the center.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream on top for extra indulgence.
  • Can substitute fresh peaches with canned peaches if necessary.
