  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, form the ground turkey into patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the secret sauce.
  6. Assemble the burger by spreading the secret sauce on the bottom bun, adding the turkey patty, and topping it with the crispy bacon.
