  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thickened.
  7. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the baked chicken and serve.
