Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
