One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, cook garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Add egg noodles and stir to combine.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and simmer until noodles are cooked through.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
