- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the rice, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Place the chicken thighs back into the pan, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and chicken is done.
