  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add chicken thighs and cook on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Add mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with crispy bacon on top.
