  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the pasta, vegetable broth, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until pasta is al dente.
