One Pot Cowboy Spaghetti

Delightfully hearty and easy to make, this One Pot Cowboy Spaghetti is perfect for a family meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 6 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add chicken ham, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and spaghetti. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through.
  5. Stir in the cooked bacon, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  6. Top with cheese before serving.
