  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place chicken in the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
  6. Add rice and stir to coat.
  7. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  8. Place the chicken thighs back into the skillet, cover, and reduce heat.
