  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over it.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
