No-Bake German Chocolate Pie

A rich and creamy no-bake pie that captures the flavors of traditional German chocolate cake.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a pie pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the granulated sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • For best results, let the pie chill overnight.
