  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Roll out pie crusts and cut into shapes. Fill pie dishes with the chicken mixture and cover with pie crusts.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
