Mouthwatering Creamy Tomato Garlic Pasta

A delicious and creamy pasta dish with a burst of tomato and garlic flavors, complemented by turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes (with juice), heavy cream, basil, salt, and pepper; stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and chopped turkey bacon, then mix in the Parmesan cheese until creamy.
