  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. In the same skillet, add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then crumble.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, bacon, barbecue sauce, and green onions. Mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
