Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
